 About So Inclined:

Peggy and Rich Linke perform under the stage name “So Inclined.” Their song selection includes traditional as well as contemporary folk, country, bluegrass, and even a little early rock-and-roll from a wide range of songwriters including Peggy herself. Their interpretations feature tight vocal harmonies and tasteful acoustic accompaniment on guitar and Dobro and, occasionally, bass. Their harmony singing is inspired by the tight Bluegrass sound of the great brother-acts of bluegrass and early rock and roll, including Jim & Jesse McReynolds, the Delmore Brothers, the Louvin Brothers, and the Everly Brothers.

The duo chose the name “So Inclined” in the 1980s when it became clear to them that their music could not be lumped into any one genre. So, if you hear an old English ballad followed by a bluegrass version of a Ricky Nelson tune, it’s because the performers are “So Inclined.”
